Environment, Health, and Safety
The health and safety of our workforce is a top priority, supported by a policy framework, compliance assessments, risk mitigation strategies, and training programs. Addressing climate change is a priority, and we continuously assess and manage related risks and opportunities through initiatives like solar energy systems at our plants, green power purchasing agreements, energy-saving measures, and waste reduction practices. Additionally, we conserve water through efficient treatment and recycling processes, and support tree plantation drives at multiple locations. We are committed to conducting operations that cause zero harm to people and the environment, while complying with all relevant laws and regulations.
Corporate, Social Responsibility
We believe responsible business practices contribute to long-term success and align with the values of our stakeholders and society at large. In Fiscal 2025, our CSR initiatives included empowering young women with education and career support, conducting health camps that benefited over 500 people, supporting technical skill development by donating a technical lab at a university as part of the Chakan plant initiative, and supporting a science lab at the Hosur plant, planting over 4,000 trees, and assisting nearby villages with solid waste management.
