As Vice President and President of India, Rishi Verma leads Tenneco’s execution and operations in the region, driving strategic growth, strengthening customer partnerships, and positioning India as a global hub for manufacturing, innovation, and leadership.
With more than 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, Rishi has worked across R&D, operations, sales, program management, and general management. Over the past 17 years at Tenneco, he has held roles of increasing responsibility, including his current role and most recently as Managing Director of Tenneco Clean Air. He has successfully led several major new project launches, established multiple green field manufacturing plants, and driven the business to sustained profitable growth, helping solidify Tenneco’s leadership in the Light and Commercial Vehicle component segment in India.
Rishi grew up in Prayagraj, India, and holds a Bachelor of Technology in Metallurgical Engineering for the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
