As Managing Partner of Indian Law Partners, a leading New Delhi-based firm, she has advised multinational corporations, private equity investors, and Indian conglomerates on a wide range of legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, foreign investment, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
Gopika holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Delhi, New Delhi and a master’s degree of laws from Columbia University, New York, USA. She also holds a diploma in environment law from Centre for Environmental Law, World Wide Fund for Nature – India. She has been admitted to the Bar Council of India, the Supreme Court Bar Association of India, and the Supreme Court of the State of New York.
