Manavendra (Manu) Singh Sial has been with Tenneco Group since the start of 2024 and joined Tenneco India in May 2025. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer of Tenneco LLC, Manu has taken the helm of financial planning an analysis, accounting and reporting, and tax and treasury. He plays a crucial role in weaving financial strategy with core business operations to propel Tenneco forward.
His experience includes both publicly traded companies and private equity groups:

- SunPower Corporation | Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
- SunEdison, Inc. | Senior Vice President of Finance
- Vectra | Executive Vice President and Chief Financial officer
- As well as roles with GE Energy Parts, GE Power Systems, GE International, Inc., and Arthur Anderson and Associates
Manu holds a bachelor’s degree of commerce (honours course) from the Sri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi, New Delhi, and he is qualified chartered account. He also has a master’s degree of business administration from the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University, Durham, USA.
